Good morning. I'd like to invite anyone who is interested to make a small gesture of kindness today. It's up to you to decide what that can be. The key is for you to act on the idea. With so much out of our control, we can choose how to be with each other today and every day.

I don't think most Americans have any idea how dangerous it is for a president to declare an entire ethnic group to be "garbage." This is how the worst atrocities in human history have begun.

Helped my 14 yo buy a T-shirt from Zazzle and added postcards. T-shirt canceled because of copyright despite listed on Zazzle. Want to cancel full order, but the worst chatbot experience. Not responding and asking me to click buttons that were not buttons. Probably won't bother with Zazzle again.

I need to write a review on the webs, but highly recommend ordering from @mapcenter.com - I can't believe how quick the book and puzzle I ordered arrived. Both gorgeous, too, and I'm looking forward to gifting the book to my map loving teen and setting the puzzle up for us all to do together.
December is supposed to be a busy month, so good sales right now aren't actually great indicators of success.
But a big change from last year is that almost every one who walks through the door is already very passionate and intentional customer. Which feels pretty great.

I ordered fat quarters from spoonflower for calendar tea towels. Three of the designs have a faded line running right where they were folded. I've been ordering for years with no issues. I love supporting artists every year and giving a practical gift, but disappointed with this year's printing.

Hold your loved ones close, protect the vulnerable, be in your community, work and shop locally, be prepared for worse to come. And if it doesn't, and you did all that anyway, won't we all be better off.

Let's be very clear that one of the major effects of the CDC no longer recommending various vaccinations is that it becomes much harder for folks who still want to be—or want their children to be—vaccinated to get their insurance providers to cover those vaccinations.

Vaccines are the greatest public health success story in history.

So much death and suffering can be stopped entirely, or dramatically reduced.

And people are just throwing it away.

My youngest's elementary school collected over 2,000 pounds of canned goods for the community this month. It was a phenomenal site to see and an amazing contribution to the food cupboard. This was more than the total last year for the entire year.
