DS9 scene. We're in close on Garak, a simple tailor. His face sort of looks like it's hovering in black space but I think he's just in a very dark place, but like a closet or dark room, not emotionally. Garak is a Carassian, with grey skin and boney ridges that run up along the nose and circle like a spoon on his forehead. Also has ridges that snake from the right and left hairline down around the eye and to the cheekbone. Basically he's got a topographical mountain range across his face. Back to the screenshot--so he's in a dark room and he's making a face that's like if you hated spiders and all of a sudden saw a big spider sitting next to you. every defunctland video is a variation on "disney land was making ten trillion dollars a second until 2004 when they introduced the new 'pay extra or micky mouse takes your first born child' scheme. ticket sales dropped and in response disney fired all their staff and killed goofy."

Ok so its one of those dept of health posters you find in bathrooms. The poster is 13 little comic book scene style squares displaying hands in various stages of hand warshing with music lyrics under each one to help you, the filthy hand warsher, know how long you should spend warshing your filthy, disgusting hands.
