Palace down 2-1 against Finnish side KuPS. That's something you don't see every day.

I almost missed the game, but got home in time to watch the last 15 minutes. You can thank me later.

I had to google the Finnish player. Turns out it was Carl Jenkinson, who never lived in Finland, nor speaks Finnish (or Swedish for that matter). I ... really don't want to count that as an official stat.

Well, we didn't score those kind of goals before. Scrambled, but scrambled with intent. Nice to see.

For more than three years, Thomas Partey played for Arsenal after being accused of very serious sexual offences.

The midfielder left the club last week and was charged four days later.

@gunnerblog.bsky.social examines what Arsenal knew when — and the impact of their decisions.
‘It’s Arsenal. They won’t just ignore it’ – Thomas Partey, the allegations and what the club knew
Arsenal have been aware of complaints about Partey, all of which he denies, for more than three years. Questions are now being asked

Arsenal are probably hoping it all just fades away. It is our duty to make sure that isn't the case.

I would encourage people to email and phone the club.

I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE.

This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.

It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.

Not my idea but football needs a 'Rookie of the Year' award, given to a player making 10+ apps for the first time in their senior career.

Real shame the likes of Lewis-Skelly and Nwaneri will likely take a back seat for the 'Young Player' awards so some 23-year-old can win.

A lot of talk about Merino making the no9 spot his, after his brace against Leicester. I still think his ability does most damage late in games, when opponent defenders are run rugged by the rest of the team. What would, in your opinion, be the best time to get him on against Hammers? #arsecastextra

The narrative seem to be slowly turning back to Arsenal fans being whiny bastards again. The point most of these so called pundits seem to be missing is that most Gooners aren't fuming bout the decision itself, but the total incapability to say "Whoopsie-daisies, mistakes were made! Sorry!" #arsenal

I normally am quite level headed with decisions going against us. Refs are humans too, they make mistakes.

But now I'm on the barricades with Stoney. This is getting rediculous.
Have that Michael Oliver you absolute melt. I hope your dinner gets burnt, your boiler breaks down, your garden fence gets blown down in the wind and your dog has a shit on the carpet and the robot hoover accidentally turns on and spreads it round the house. #arsenal

Reposting other than football stuff for a change. Because this is worth reading.
Elon Musk is a good example of how terrible people become increasingly radicalized into the far right simply because the far right is a community that accepts cruel, terrible people.

It's tempting to say Elon is going "mask off", but I'd wager Elon didn't know who Tommy Robinson was 5 years ago. 1/

Not even copying Swedens classic WC '94 freekick can get United a goal. All is well.
