We all know what happened: Trump/Miller decided sending him there wouldn't be sufficiently dehumanizing. 3/

For Trump and Miller, the Abrego Garcia case was a crucial gauge of how far they could get in disappearing undesirables and placing them beyond the law entirely.

Judge Xinis' ruling is important in that context. It calls out Trump's lawless conduct throughout. 2/

Remarkable how brutal the ruling against Trump on Abrego Garcia truly is: It details flagrant and malicious abuses of power all throughout. Trump and Stephen Miller were testing their ability to spread lawless state terror. But the court held the line. 1/

For Trump, declining to 36 percent approval is “good news.”

For Biden, holding steady at 41% is “a source of concern.”

Edgewater, Chicago, is part of a 3 or 4 neighborhood area that is together one of the most diverse ~5 sq.mi. areas in the entire world, and that diversity is a strength of our community.

Immigration is a very good thing, and we should be facilitating it on a massive scale!
Good morning from Chicago's Edgewater community. Refugee advocacy groups just wrapped a presser, addressing the Trump admin's recent move to freeze asylum processing & place a hold on immigration benefit requests for people from 19 so-called "high risk" countries, "pending a comprehensive review."

No right to a gun. Scalia made it up. Say that, @delauro.house.gov
Safe storage isn’t controversial; it’s responsible. If you keep a firearm at home, kids should not be able to access it.

These MAGA stooges that are now impersonating the Pentagon press corps? According to this story, they're also being deployed as shadow operatives to go after the real reporters looking into DOD officials.
1/ MUST READ: @dfriedman.bsky.social asked the Pentagon about a Goodreads page linked to the email of a top official that featured pornographic books. Then, MAGA influencer—and newly minted member of DOD press corps—Jack Posobiec threatened to smear him.

Quite the coincidence!
