Back on the indoor bike for a tad over 20 miles, first time I've done back to back 20+ mile rides.

Not turning into a cyclist-first, just being patient with the rib as it heals, or at least trying to.

Starting out a long holiday weekend with an hour-ish indoor bike ride, and then a yummy bowl.

• Next-day soreness is greatly reduced.

• The modularity is genius. Multiple units for large areas (hamstrings, back), or single modules for ankles/wrists.

Not cheap, but worth it for serious athletes dealing with issues. This isn’t replacing proper rest, it’s accelerating what your body does.

Dinosaur 🦕 Valley 100K completed. 15:11. Managed to kick or trip over every rock on the trail or so it seemed. 🤪

Pushed over 2,000 miles in total for the year today. 16 miles with nearly 1,900 feet of vert.
