Back on the indoor bike for a tad over 20 miles, first time I've done back to back 20+ mile rides.

Not turning into a cyclist-first, just being patient with the rib as it heals, or at least trying to.

Keep showing up.

Did 16 miles on the indoor bike today with a few surges and a longer effort. 🚵‍♀️ Was stoked when Zwift said my FTP increased. 👍

However, when I looked up FTP, my stoke was gone. 🫣 Very low FTP score.

But after all, for me cycling is cross training, not my focus. 👀
