I'm sure everyone will be SHOCKED to hear that the videos do not show the whole "people came out and attacked ICE with snow shovels" thing that ICE claimed was what happened. This was not a remotely defensive gunshot.

They’re trying to deport witnesses to a murder by ICE guards
The Trump administration is seeking to deport two men who provided accounts of the Jan. 3 death of Geraldo Lunas Campos at a Texas detention camp that differed from the Department of Homeland Security’s description of the incident.

This is a good idea.
People in Minnesota are now using their key fobs to trigger their car alarms from the safety of their homes when they see ICE walking around.

I think it would be a good idea for D politicians to be declaring this publicly, pre-emptively. They should state it as an abstract, legal proposition: an order by the President to seize Greenland would be unlawful, here's why. Trump does not have the legal right to attack a NATO ally. Say it.
If the U.S. military is given direct orders to seize Greenland—pull down another nation’s flag, and then claim the ground in the name of the United States—every senior commander has a moral obligation to refuse to accept or support such a command.

This is civil war, & we are leaderless.

The Pentagon has ordered ~1,500 active-duty soldiers w/ the Army’s 11th Airborne Div. to "prepare for a possible deployment to Minnesota," as Trump threatens the Insurrection Act. They specialize in cold-weather ops.

The further wildly illegal abuse of tariff authority, which violates both US law & our WTO treaty obligations, on top of the violation of our NATO & UN treaty obligations, is also an impeachable offense requiring his immediate removal.
Trump says he’s imposing additional tariffs on Europe until there’s a deal on Greenland:

This is a claim that Congressional laws are nothing
No federal judge has the power or authority to make DOJ comply with the mandatory provisions of the Epstein Act, says Pam Bondi. It's unenforceable and meaningless. Essentially, DOJ is a lawless if not criminal enterprise, not a law enforcement agency, at this point.

Photo by Pierre Lavie. Yes this is me. And I threw my Leica. It landed on the bass plate with hardly a scratch. Another Photographer grabbed it along with my phone and I was able to track him later. I was held face down tear gas deployed right in front of me and pepper sprayed directly into the eye.

Democrats need to set up a special tribunal system to systematically and efficiently prosecute every member of the government involved in any of this. Not just prosecuting the worst offenders or the leaders. Everyone. Set up special courts and expedited rules and then throw away the key.

Watch the video. The guy with the whistle is never within 20 feet of the agents until they charge him. The original target is secured in the vehicle. Literally no reason to go after the whistler other than they can.

A man nearby starts blowing a whistle while other observers honk their horns

The agents pepper-spray the man with the whistle, he continues, and they tackle him then arrest him

yes this is 100% Axios publishing a “tip” sent out to pacify the section of the MAGA base who consider themselves to be civilized and reasonable, so they can tell their friends/kids who are mad at them “Trump is on it, some officers are going too far but he’ll get them settled down”
Trump is privately worried about the "optics" of ICE raids and his advisers are looking for ways to soften them, Axios reports. I'm calling bullshit: The terror and violence cannot be hived off from the broader policy agenda. They are 100% intrinsic to it.

ROLLINS: When you eat healthy, it actually is less expensive than a fast food meal. We've got hundreds of simulations that show that.
