I guess I mean the franchise it was supposed to be vs the course correction we received. I saw Covenant 3 times, Romulus was well-made, I just got really attached to Prometheus and the direction it took off of the Alien canon

If I ever wrote an autobiography, it would open with Amazing Spiderman 2's underperformance as the inciting incident. That was the last summer before a long series of intertwining events over the following decade that absolutely destroyed me. I have such a strange attachment to that movie now.
