another thing I’m having to deal with the past few weeks is that the NHS hospital care is half of what it used to be
I’m taking time off work and adjusting my hours to take care of my sick relative, because hardly any of the nurses can do it/want to do it.

completely forgot about SSRIs and heat intolerance, and I've been wondering all week why I keep falling asleep in the middle of the day
