As a Michigan fan, this was fuckin’ hilarious. Excellent bit of trolling.

I'll take my rich at 250F over some oak and hickory for about 12-16 hours, TYVM.
The rich are probably gamy and stringy and like any such meats would benefit from slow, low cooking. Thus, the new slogan: "Sous vide the rich"
This is propaganda meant to deter us from eating the rich.

Riveting story! Subscribed so I don't miss the final parts!
In 1941, Pan Am's California Clipper had to do something no commercial flight had done before: circumnavigate the world.

In Part 3 of our series looking at her journey, the crew must work out, mid-air, how to fly her on regular gasoline. Something her Wright Cyclone engines were never designed for.
Into the unknown: The remarkable journey of the California Clipper, Part 3
Unable to source military-grade aviation fuel, our crew are forced to cross the Indian Ocean using regular gasoline. Something no Boeing 314 has ever flown on before.

I owned a manual '11 for almost 10 years & it was a love/hate relationship the whole time.

Efficient, rarely required maintenance (tho it did eat 2 AC compressors), & could haul a shocking amount of cargo.

Also terrible NVH, deathtrap slow, & just the worst clutch until I swapped in a Civic MC.
The fit is a perfect car. Absurd to not be able to recognize this.

Twitter stays losing.

One of my favorite memories as a child was feeding Cheetos to seagulls by holding them in the air and waiting for one to swoop in and take it.
I personally had a Jersey seagull swoop down from behind me so low that the wind rustled my hair, grab a bite of my frozen custard cone and swoop up and away, leaving me staring in shock at a beak-shaped hole in the frozen custard

Lake Erie: I'm going to store a bunch of heat & then release a ton of water into the air at the slightest cool breeze, best I can do is some more grey clouds. Enjoy.

Double down, kill two different Bonds in the same movie.
They could just escalate and start killing Bond (in imaginative ways) at the end of each movie. Make it a running gag
The whole Bond thing, where the writer is all "boohoo how do I follow up Bond being dead boohoo" is so funny to me. The Bond franchise's whole thing is they hire a new Bond and everyone goes "oh that's the new bond then alright."

You can simply do that! It's okay!

Democrats have been fighting for months to address America's healthcare crisis

For the millions who will lose coverage
For people with cancer who won't get the care they need
For working families who can't afford to pay $25K more a year for healthcare

We will keep fighting

American politics makes a lot more sense when you realize that the GOP is afraid of pissing off the GOP base, and the Dems are afraid of pissing off the GOP base, but neither party is afraid of pissing off the Dem base.

What I'm listening to today: "Olson"

Boards of Canada arranged to play on a DEC PDP-1 from 1959. The PDP-1 doesn't have sound, but it does have front-panel light bulbs for debugging, so they rewired the light bulb lines into speakers to create 4 square wave channels
