Busy person who needs to come back to social media from time to time to think tank solutions. Love information. Hate propaganda.
Good question. It increases the costs for everyone who ships locally.

Canada should have increased rates from China a long time ago. I bought something that came from China, mailed it to son in Canada, and the postage was more than the item cost. Maybe that's part of Canada Post's revenue problem? They deliver packages from China. Are they getting paid?

I think the dumbest thing he could do is arm captive annexed citizens. It would endanger Russia as well.

He'll probably do it though.

Same here. No more Amazon purchases.

I really don't know why they are acting the way they are but Canadians need their own warehouse service, which to my mind all that Amazon is (other than their online platforms.) 😀

I'm shopping but also making and buying second hand. Sometimes stuff wears out. I am giving the gift of paying for some in-person classes this Christmas.

Definitely a departure from my usual spending habits.

It's funny how many things u can give that are more valuable & useful than store bought.

Coffee is more expensive, it's true. Good info. I gave it up.

Four items I wanted were only available locally from a USA supplier so: one I'm not going to buy (do without), another I literally stayed up all night to make myself (still "made in Canada" by a Canadian!), another two was I told I have to buy.

So a very small percentage from the USA companies.

I'm sure invisalign will (in the end) be it's own reward. I was lucky enough to have a near full chrome bumper set of braces on the front of my face all through high-school. 🤣

The price of cheese seems to have stabilized a bit. Some processed foods are still really expensive.

Coffee isn't in the budget for me anymore. I was surprised that I don't miss it, lol. Coffee doesn't grow around here so I gave it up some months ago as a way to buy local.

11 is a hard age. Hollow legs until they turn 18. You have my sympathy.
