Just awful. There are considerable concrete bulbouts at this intersection. If the driver was distracted, it would explain why they drove through the intersection and then backed up.

I don't know much about Alan other than his service in the CA National Guard over Covid and his campaigns to be a CCSF trustee. His endorsements, which are on his website, are quite impressive and come from both sides of SF's political factions.

I was cheering friends at the Dipsea trail race and saw a smiling 90-year-old reach the top of Mt. Tam.

I tracked Lloyd Kahn down to get his secrets about aging. He answered all the questions ... then took our @sfchronicle.com team skateboarding.

Our reporter saw a 90-year-old competing in the grueling Dipsea trail race earlier this year, and had questions. This Bay Area super-ager has answers … and took us skateboarding.

Been going on sunset rides in Presidio of late and they've been absolutely stellar. Last night the ancient marine layer came in from the Pacific to smother Muir Woods. Been doing it for millennia.

A reminder that cars aren’t a technology problem. They’re a geometry problem.

Possibly queued for a Billie Eilish show at Chase Center ~half mile away.

The light rail train on 4th seen passing in front of this roboherd has more passenger capacity than all of them combined.

My thoughts on Supe Chan:
- opposed 639 Stevenson
- obstructed the Geary "BRT" project & brought in the MTA board chair to a "community mtg" only to have them ambushed
- plays politics w/ street safety in D1
- opposed Prop J (JFK Prom) and Prop K (Sunset Dunes)
- vote for @scottwiener.bsky.social
