Epstein had by 2018 been a convicted sex offender longer than Bill Cosby is right now.

And powerful people still kept talking to him.

This housing crisis will be one where, unlike the previous ones, a lot of the people who'd help mitigate it are dead. Or permanently disabled. Or stacked with their own insurmountable debt.

Just like in this current housing crisis where a lot of the parents and grandparents who would have been able to help as in previous ones, are either disabled or dead.

In *this* run of imperial bloodthirst, people who oppose it are in general more precarious than the last time

Take this too far (and many games do) and the player is no longer engaging directly with the systems of the game; they are engaging purely with the instructions they are being given, with the contract being "follow these instructions and you'll get through the game fine"
