Many can’t afford to stay, or sell. With mass layoffs, negative job growth, it’s not looking good. I don’t think Trump pushing 50 yr mortgages is coincidence. I suspect desperate homeowners behind on mortgage payments, will be targeted by predatory companies convincing them to refinance for 50 yrs.
People are putting the brakes on moving, so they’re pulling their homes off the market.

Someone ordering three of the same book is like a gale force wind of good vibes for a book
I once asked a bookseller at a large indie store how many people would have to buy a book for it to get the attention of the store buyer and cause an additional order and they said: Three.
I see some book piracy discourse, and, to make a positive argument in favor of buying books, your marginal ability to influence what books get published and support the careers of writers you like is massive compared to most other forms of media.

About 2 1/2 months into my strength training/ body recomp journey. Still loving it. Feeling the changes more than seeing them at this point, but I knew that would be the case. I only wish the medical community would more widely recommend strength training to perimenopausal and menopausal women.

I'm fascinated (and supportive of) men who, in a culture and society that demand accepting a very specific type of female beauty (thin, white, light), choose to be counter culture. What influences drive/drove you? What makes you see beauty in ways society does not teach you to? 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
