Boohoo- such a 'burden' of reporting the presence of #PFAS so consumers & agencies identify sources of harmful chemicals & reduce exposures. What about the body burden?!! "Pushback may not only be about compliance issues but also about strategically avoiding PFAS regulations" - boom.
Pharmaceutical companies lobby against state PFAS regulations claiming compliance chaos. Environmental advocates say most state laws align, the real issue is companies don't want transparency about forever chemicals in medications.

An explosive #eruption of Hayli Gubbi #volcano, located SE of Erta'Ale in the Afar Rift (Ethiopia), began at ~08:30 UTC on Nov 23. Eruption onset was fortuitously captured by a @planet.com overpass at 08:31 UTC. Hayli Gubbi has no record of Holocene eruptions. Toulouse VAAC reporting ash to ~15 km.
