My God!

It's one thing for Amerika to systemically make themselves increasingly unhealthy and vulnerable to diseases / pandemics ..

It's another thing entirely to escalate the threat of pandemic globally!
To combat bird flu spread, other countries have authorized poultry vaccines. The U.S. hasn’t, amid political and economic pushback.

Without a vaccine, experts say the virus poses an escalating threat: “The minute it transmits to humans, it’s done.”

Since Paris, Australia has increased fossil fuel Production by 77% - worst globally

Australia is a rogue state

And you @albomp.bsky.social , can get fucked with your stupid commentary about gas being needed as a transition fuel.
While the message out of COP and the EU seems to be that we can keep burning fossil fuels, the message from the UN in their methane report is different.

"This leads the UN to conclude that we cannot just reduce emissions from oil and gas emissions, we must also reduce oil and gas production."

Last week, the UN released its 2025 Global Methane Pledge report. At 147 pages, the report is dense. Oilfield Witness waded through it so you don’t have too. While framed in an optimistic light, the r...
