UBI is seed capital for small business entrepreneurs. It would create a renaissance in small business grass roots startups. The economy would bloom faster than a weed at a fertilizer farm.

Billionaires don't want UBI because it gives workers power to choose. CEOs would have to compete for workers.

If you only look marginally better than a political omnishambles I don't think that's saying much. Personally, I can't even stomach listening to either side. Independents are the only ones I'll turn the sound up for and the odd Green scrapper like Shoebridge.

The LNP is over, and will lose seats to One Nation and hopefully, more Teals. It will take us longer to be weaned off Labor's 'Progressive Patriotism' but more Community Independents will light a fire under them too, hopefully.
