Very important to completely annihilate the climate along with energy affordability so we can power the Mistake Generator that will fire everyone.
"According to Foxglove, the new demand would be comparable to two to three times the capacity of the 1180MW Peterhead gas power station....and the total generation capacity of all of Scotland’s offshore wind turbines in 2024, which stood at 2971MW"

Treating animals with antibiotics is a very, very bad idea (unless it's for a individual animal who is sick) and especiallyin a marine environment. This is absolutely appalling. Do not buy Tasmanian salmon. Ever. To the politicians who supported this industry- You were so wrong.
Lobster fishery off Bruny Island in TAS closed on eve of the opening of fishing season due to antibiotic use by the salmon farms.
No indication of how long for. Must be a devastating blow for fishermen approaching Xmas.
Crayfish Closure Follows Salmon Antibiotic Deployment - Tasmanian Times
The commercial rock lobster fishery south of the D'Entrecasteaux Channel is now closed effective 15 November 2025

They know the climate chaos coming, they know their decision will make it worse, and kill any hope of mitigation, but they did it anyway - for their own benefit.
Not a principle among them.

It's now on record Labor is spending more on consultants than Morrison. Is this the same party boasting about its savings on consultants & commitment to cultural change? Data shows Labor spent nearly $1 billion on contracts in 24-25 & already $76.5 mil in 25-26. 🧵

Incredible — After shooting at a group of diplomats from nearly *two dozen* countries, the Israeli military says it "regrets the inconvenience caused."

The diplomats were from China, Brazil, India, Russia, Japan, Canada, Mexico, France, Türkiye, Spain, Portugal, Jordan, the UK, Egypt, and more.

One useful thing about being on vacation for three weeks is experiencing how easy it is to forget that climate change exists — let alone how dangerous it might be — when you're never exposed to information about it.

With the extreme heat & a worsening climate crisis, know this:

It’s not only legal to approve coal and gas mines (Labor’s approved 28 new projects) and take their corporate donations, but 20% of all climate & enviro protests in Aus involve arrests, 3x the global average.

Lovely piece of media framing from the ABC. The entire article is completely devoid of any context. No explanation WHY there was an 'anti-fossil fuel protest'. No comments from any scientist. No mention the future risks to human civilisation with continued use of fossil fuels.
