No food transformation amazes and baffles me more than the Wilting of the Spinach.

It always seems so impossible.

If you need one more cookie to round out your desserts, you should consider these peanut butter cup chocolate chip cookies. They are the little unexpected mashup that makes for a dang delicious cookie.
