Penn State & Rutgers combine for 607 yards of total offense & the Nittany Lions lead the Scarlet Knights, 24-21, at halftime. Kaytron Allen has 10 carries for 107 yards & 1 TD, while Nick Singleton has five carries for 81 yards & 1 TD.
