No lawmaker in Congress should be able to own, buy, and sell individual stocks.

We need to ban congressional stock trading—and I've got a bill for that.

He literally tweeted: This is a great time to BUY!
Just hours ago. And then he paused tariffs.

He’s literally committing crimes in front of the entire world. 😳

Disabled people are disproportionately likely to be in poverty.

Are disproportionately likely to face barriers in all aspects of life.

Are constantly treated like children, second class citizens, or are dehumanised.

There is no privilege in being disabled.

Sounds like market manipulation to me. That’s bad.

Things Democratic Senators could do that would be useful:

- Withdraw unanimous consent from all Senate business until constitutional rule was restored

- Refuse to vote for any legislation until constitutional rule was restored

- Boycott as a caucus until constitutional rule was restored

We could have had this… instead we are stuck with an administration that wants to take food out the kids mouths, close their schools and take away their access to health care. Al for what?? Greed and Control. Evil human beings!!
We’re focused on feeding our kids.

Investing in our schools.

Making sure child care is affordable.

Regardless of the chaos unfolding in Washington, we’re making Minnesota the best state for kids to grow up.

I voted to reject RFK Jr.'s nomination to HHS.

I cannot in good conscience support someone who denies and will dilute our public health protections, sow distrust in science, and oversee massive cuts to health care programs for vulnerable Americans.

Include disabled people in your resistance planning. In many ways we’re built for resistance, as we have to find creative and sustainable ways to survive every single day.

This is the time for intersectionality and community care. We need to work together and save one another.

(Fear is a response to something that is actively happening, anxiety is concern about a hypothetical future thing. This gets murky with things like, oh I don't know, a nightmare political landscape where horrible real things are actively happening, but the effects might not hit until the future)

Why are some people so threatened by the idea of equality?
That someone with a disability or different coloured skin should have the same opportunity and rights as them?
Why is that so terrifying?

Absolutely disgusting, but to be expected from a Rapist
Schools/Colleges responding to complaints of sexual misconduct must return to policies from Trump’s first term. This requires live hearings where accused students could cross-examine their accusers through an advisor. The Biden admin eliminated the requirement and made live hearings optional
U.S. colleges returning to campus sexual assault policies created during Trump's first term
Schools responding to sexual misconduct complaints must return to earlier Trump policies, with live hearings and more protections for accused students.
