Everyone laughed.
What he meant, and what they plan on doing nationwide, is eliminating the consequences for rape… which, to them, eliminates the problem.

Republicans have been in control of Texas since 1994. Governor Abbott promised to eliminate rape after Texas enacted the abortion ban in 2021. He lied and failed. Many Texans froze to death less than a year ago because the @TexasGOP hasn't addressed Texas's failing power grid.
