Same here. Hard to see the point in getting out of bed or doing anything. I think people generally think we mean "Oh I feel a bit down." It's more like running full speed into a brick wall and stunned. Medication is helpful.

I am not exaggerating when I say ICE functions as a terrorist organization in the Twin Cities. The goal seems to be to harass and frighten people (the ones who are lucky enough to not be abducted, at least) and it's deeply unsettling when you learn they're in your neighborhood.
