there’s lots of classic oregon slop to pick from: totchos and cafe yumm come to mind. pulling a blank on examples that are actually from portland
I want everyone to post their hometown slop (if you don't have a cuisine that qualifies then your town has zero culture).

Skyline is fine and hits at 3 am just like taco bell lol

Really nice stiff arm to scumbag former viewers from @wcnc-charlotte.bsky.social on TikTok. Local journalism in Charlotte has been doing a great job covering the attack on our community.

Ridership on Paris region transit systems is now generally at or higher than pre-pandemic levels. Bike use is much higher than pre-pandemic.

At the same time, car traffic in Paris and on its ring highway is substantially lower than it was pre-pandemic. www.institutparisregion.fr/mobilite-et-...

if I was in nyc dsa I’m not positive I’d vote to endorse chi ossé for congress but in general it’s a good sign if people are opportunistically joining your org bc they think it’ll help their political career

Portland’s Monopoly game is finally here.

The list of properties is basically an ideal itinerary of a Portland adventure.

parks and rec really falls off in the later seasons but unfortunately “cones of dunshire” is a load bearing reference if you play a lot of complicated board games

there are so many SE to NE trips that are like 20 minutes faster if you get lucky with the timing of the 70 and can take that instead of transferring downtown. I really think it would do numbers as a frequent service bus

insanely funny that the two bill clinton revelations we got out of the epstein emails were:
- he’s never been to the island
- rumors that he had a consensual affair with an adult man

it's cool that we adopted a street plaza program earlier this fall. have we opened any new street plazas since? not yet. are we at least keeping the existing street amenities we have? of course not!
Well, PBOT got what they wanted and the street seating at Taqueria Los Puñales has been removed. But at least we have two extra parking spaces on Belmont.

pundit amnesia about trump's first term is a problem. his constant scandals were a big problem for him that consistently drove negative news coverage and hurt his approval rating. that's why he got hammered in the midterms and lost his first reelection campaign
The usual suspects are telling Dems that Epstein won’t win elections, get back to “affordability” and I think my head might explode. www.offmessage.net/p/force-a-re...
