I'm doing *actual* intermittent fasting (18 hour fast) until xmas eve. And I must say, it makes after work drinks much cheaper.

I have accomplished only 1 of my new year's resolutions this year (leave facebook). Weak sauce. Most disappointed in my reading. Haven't tracked but definitely far off the goal.
