Today I added differently colored taming disks to Tamamon.
They're purely cosmetic, so you can use whichever ones you like best!
The catch rate is influenced only by the berries you feed wild Tamamon beforehand.
I already have a lot of disk designs planned ✨

Cancelled my Nitro and might even delete my 10-year old account, they have been stepping on rakes for years and this one might actually be the one to give them permanent damage. A damn shame because some of my favorite communities are on Discord. Hope my friends are willing to hop off too.

I love to see this especially when I have a friend that still see's Godot as a bad option for "real" game developers
The 2026 Global Game Jam #GGJ26 was last weekend, so let's take a look at their historical data for engine usage.

📈 @godotengine.org is having a good run!

Does anyone know whether it's safe to load 8192x8192 textures on basically all devices (desktop, mobile, consoles) these days?

8 years ago 4096x4096 was "practically the limit", especially for Android devices and consoles, but I can't find good recent data on this. #gamedev #godotengine

Im also curious to know
In godot, is there a way without baking to only render out shadows once for static objects? Or even, a way to otherwise reduce shadow updates?
