My latest McDonald’s buying trip haul was completely absurd… a Professor slide topper, Hamburglar body from a swing set, Ronald & Goblins plaques, custom wall hangers based on the 90s kids chairs, 60 Xmas ornaments and best of all, tabletop statues of Captain Crook & Hamburglar!

It’s 9/9, Japanese Giant Salamander day! They’re called Oosanshou, roughly translated it means big pepper fish. When upset, these big salamanders supposedly produce a stinky mucus that smells kind of like Japanese pepper 🌶️

Pointless Balatro lore: When I started Balatro dev I was living in my hometown of Regina, Saskatchewan. I had a bus stop outside my apartment (similar to the one in this image) and I based the art of 'Ride the Bus' on that bus stop!
