I first saw THE THIN MAN when I was working at a video store in my early 20s. I had no idea what kind of relationship I wanted to be in, only what kind I didn’t.

I watched Nick and Nora for about five minutes and went, “There it is!”
Nick & Nora / Gomez & Morticia are absolute proof that what the audiences hunger for are two married people who flirt shamelessly and relentlessly and I don’t know how come Hollywood can’t just give us that again

A fourth Hawke-Delpy-Linklater BEFORE film.
If you were a despotic president, what movie would you force Hollywood to make? I want to see Quentin's Star Trek movie or maybe Kill Bill Vol 3.

My wife and I quit our jobs, move to one of the many many beach towns near us, and open up a video/used records/book and crystals/shelling store. One of those places only open a few hours a day, closed for lunch, but becomes a beloved local hangout.
What's your absolutely unworkable plan to drop out of your current life (or at least work life) and do something completely different?

Celebrities must be on the receiving end of such a neverending stream of inane, poorly researched questions that they are unduly impressed by the ones they get on HOT ONES.

A few months ago, I had a Fade Out scheduled w/a guest to talk about JM. Did A TON of research in prep. After agreeing to (and then missing) multiple recording dates, said guest finally just ghosted me entirely.

I hate for all that work to go to waste. So if there are any JM fans out there, LMK!

No film where someone pronounces “murder” as “moiduh” is entirely without merit.

When I reread THE RAZOR'S EDGE (30x and counting), I picture Clifton Webb during all the Elliott Templeton scenes.
Happy Birthday, GENE TIERNEY & CLIFTON WEBB! 🎂 Friends & co-stars of LAURA, Otto Preminger’s suspenseful directorial debut, one of the best & most sophisticated film noirs. The actors were reunited a few years later in THE RAZOR’S EDGE. My #MovieReview 👉 youtu.be/s5yFbrrBezs?... #MovieSky
