For me neurodivergence is rough to come to terms with because I can learn every tool there is to tell you exactly how I want and need to be treated (even how to avoid CPTSD triggers) and at the same time it accomplishes nothing when the folks you tell don't/won't listen. Hermit life looks appealing🫣
