4 Lakota men were kidnapped by ICE in Minneapolis. 3 of them were taken to what used to be a concentration camp for Native people, and the only people talking about it are other Indigenous people. I am angry but mostly numb, I am so used to this at this point. We are always forgotten.

Unfortunately, this is the part where I remind people that Black 10th graders get beat up by cops every day.
This is the part where I remind people about modern civil asset forfeiture, where US police steal more value from people (mostly Black) than every form of theft other than wage theft.

One of the things that has actually made me more socialist is reading the history of the civil war because you learn, through well documented primary sources, how much radical republicanism and reconstruction was betrayed, before the war even finished, because of liberal capitalist imperialism.
