A sport that chooses exclusion as the default have the burden of proof. They have to have the science to show a TW has unfair disparities in strength, speed, endurance &/or physique depending on the sport. The @UCI_cycling just lost a case because they couldn't prove this.

i hope one thing we take away from all these political prosecutions (and the deference given to government during them) is how easily people of color and low income folks can be wrongly incarcerated. so maybe we should do something about that
