So when can we stop doing "pilot programs" and studies when every single one of these has been proven to work?

Literally doing the same thing over and over again hoping for a different result.
An Oregon pilot program giving cash to homeless youths sees a staggering reduction in homelessness. The program gave participants $1,000 cash payments each month for two years, and at the end of the project's first phase, 91% of participants reported being in stable housing.

i dunno, “cars need to have a driver” seems like it should be in the big book of car law somewhere
Minnesota law neither prohibits nor specifically allows automated vehicles to conduct testing on streets in Minnesota, a MnDOT spokesperson said.

“We expect this to come up during the next legislative session and look forward to being included in those discussions,” spokesperson Anne Meyer said.

“Iowa City eliminated bus fares in August 2023 with a goal of lowering emissions… The two-year pilot program proved so popular that the City Council voted this summer to extend it another year, paying for it with a 1% increase in utility taxes and by doubling most public parking rates to $2 from $1”

I don’t want to spoil it for anybody, but Shep got dressed up to take the stand.

If @minneapolismn.gov truly wants to become a world class city that’s safe for other modes of travel, we need to fix the culture of parking in bikelanes…

and we can start with city staff, contractors, and MPRB.

When I’ve reported city vehicles in the bikelane before…

The Target CEO has seen your boycott, has read the demands, and has instead decided that it is the hourly employees fault and placing blame and burden on them
"Store employees are now required to smile if they are within 10 feet of a shopper.

They also must make eye contact with and wave to or greet the customer.

If they’re within four feet, the employee should ask how the customer’s day is going or if they need help."

🙄 Won't stop the boycott, y'all.
Target is now requiring its employees to smile more
As the holiday season fast approaches, Target is urging its employees to add a little more “jolly” to their work routine.

This is just bad journalism/data visualization from Sahan Journal. Fundamentally misunderstands and misrepresents the election. And on top of that, feeds a narrative that Jacob is far more popular than he is.
