Every year on Memorial Day, I share this video of French caretakers who take sand from Omaha Beach in Normandy, and scrub them into the letters to give them the gold coloring.
They do this for all 9,386 US soldiers who died.
France also gave us this land as American soil.

Hey I’m seeing this going around a lot and unless you yourself are trans or nonbinary, maybe don’t presume to label yourself “safe.” That’s something only a trans or nonbinary person can decide for themselves maybe limit it to the “transphobia has no place on your account.”
