Post something random or you’ll have an awful December.
Got a new EXTRA FIRM foam mattress topper. The mattress underneath is still squishy, but it doesn’t deform into a hammock any more. Now it’s like a crust on top of a pudding, which is a marked improvement! That, plus a new weighted blanket, and I’m no longer tossing and turning.

It always surprises me that green bean casserole didn’t join tunafish and green olive gelatin molds in the Museum of Things We Don’t Eat Any More.

LPT: Puréed kimchi makes pretty good salsa just as is. Add a little toasted sesame oil, a little vinegar, and some cumin and it’s amazing.

I’m listening to a book about the effects of grief on the body. It’s good, and the narrator is doing a great job with all the technical language.
