It is time again for #fitness #friday where we farmer's carry a 275lbs trap bar down the green and back. Started at 200 and jumped up over 4 sets. Then loaded up to 335lbs for stationary deadlifts.

I am gym dweeb?

I saw zero coverage of this vehicle fire last Saturday. I am pretty sure it was a Tesla Model Y. This was near the RDU Airport exit on I-40 (vehicle west bound).

This video does not do this close call justice and without sound you do not hear the screech of the tires as the big rig barely avoids the oncoming SUV.
