Can someone explain to me how spam filters don’t filter out this nonsense? We have these LLMs that do a remarkable job of recognizing and processing written language and yet this gibberish passes through into my inbox all day. The market incentives must be all screwed up.

Within an hour of @roycoopernc.bsky.social announcing his candidacy for #Senate, I got this garbage text message which weirdly showed up as a group message *from* me and also *to* me. Presumably by spoofing me as the *sender* it manages to evade some #spam filters.
