Obviously not the biggest story here, but I want to know more about the cell phone theft. Combining an already sociopathic mission with massive opportunities for corruption makes an explosive mix.

They can try to distance themselves from this. But there's a reason no one is shocked that this happened, that it happened before (in Chicago), and will happen again.
DHS officials are already leaking that there are serious problems with how the ICE officer handled this.
