In incredible news, the European Parliament has voted overwhelmingly for "The Full Recognition Of Trans Women As Women."

Even the center-right European People's Party voted for the declaration.

It will form a foundation for their position at the UN Commission on the Status of Women.

Our latest.
European Parliament Votes Overwhelmingly For "The Full Recognition Of Trans Women As Women"
The resolution, though nonbinding, is a significant shot at those who seek to erode transgender rights on the continent.

I refuse to live n Maryland again but this is amazing
S/o on X said ARMY should show up in local folk gear for the Euro stops of the tour to reflect the spirit of Arirang, which is a lovely idea

In this spirit, am going to roll up to M&T in MD's delightfully obnoxious (affectionate) kitschy state flag pattern

Metro reporting is already so bad that I get 80% of my local news from hyper local blogs. Cutting foreign news is heartbreaking. Fucking Bezos could keep WP going forever with the spare change from his couch, but you can’t get big govt contracts these days without sucking up to power
News: The Washington Post is preparing to slash upwards of 300 staffers, incl sports, metro and foreign desks @nataliekorach.bsky.social reports.

“The newsroom is being punished for absolute incompetence from the owner and publisher,” one staffer told @status.news

Since 2020, electricity prices have increased by an average of 40 percent across the country. But the rise in costs hasn’t affected each type of user equally.

An unusual disconnect is emerging between what regular people pay — and what data centers pay. https://wapo.st/49A1v25

I am so excited for this movie! But the local opening is the same day as the BTS tour ticket sale, and having my two greatest obsessions conflict is breaking my heart. (Yeah, I’ll be fine, I’m just dramatic)
Review: This fascinating slice of history is long overdue for a biopic, but you probably never would have expected one that looks like “The Testament of Ann Lee.”
Review | ‘The Testament of Ann Lee’ dares to make religion feminine
And Amanda Seyfried is divine on multiple levels.
