Return to a regional touring format, rotating Finals weekend to a different city every year, and the Division I/II/III format with smaller size caps and no membership minimums.

I agree we need to go back to a regional format as I’m very grateful after last season’s very expensive season that the Boston Crusaders are spending most of the season next year on the East Coast .I hope Mandarins return will be as successful as the Santa Clara Vanguard.
