She screamed as another tether of energy wrapped around her ribs, dragging her closer to the opening in the floor. Aquilan held her, muscles straining, teeth clenched. "NO—NO-YOU'RE NOT TAKING HER—!" The beam pulled hard. Aquilan's boots skidded on the stone. He was losing her. Scourge moved so fast it was a blur-he grabbed Aquilan by the back of his vest, anchoring him with impossible Force strength. "Hold on," Scourge snarled. "DO. NOT. RELEASE. HER." Vaylin cried out, hands slipping-The abyss roared beneath her. The Heart pulsed louder— THOOM-THOOM-THOOM— Arcann planted his saber into the floor behind them to brace himself and grabbed Aquilan's arm. Senya wrapped her arms around Vaylin's shoulders, tears streaming, screaming her daughter's name. Brey'enne clung to Arn's arm, sobbing as she tried to pull him away from the sigil. Theron tried to reroute the beam with his implants— Amethesta was chanting something in a language older than Basic-Borias raised his hands, focusing — ALL OF THEM pulling. All of them resisting. All of them refusing to let Nathema take Vaylin again. The air cracked-Light flared— Zildrog roared "SUBMIT, CHILD OF THE THRONE!" And Vaylin-screaming through tears, through terror, through pain-threw her head back and roared "I AM NOT YOUR CHILD!" A blinding shockwave erupted-The ritual buckled-Arn collapsed out of the air-The chamber floor shattered— And Vaylin was ripped free-straight into Aquilan's arms—as the Heart of Zildrog erupted in rage beneath them. The moment Vaylin hit Aquilan's chest, the entire sigil collapsed inward with a deafening crack. The stone floor buckled, snapping like brittle bone. Red light surged upward in a violent pillar as the ritual's mechanism screamed in protest. Aquilan tightened his hold on her, staggering back. "I've got you— I've got you-" Her fingers dug into him desperately, trembling so hard she couldn't breathe. Below them—the Heart of Zildrog opened fully. A vast chamber of rotating rings and ancient gears churned to life beneath the shattered floor, a swirling vortex of crimson energy spiraling toward the center like a mechanical storm. Senya dragged Arcann back from the collapsing edge. "MOVE! EVERYONE, BACK!" Arn hit the ground hard, groaning as Brey'enne fell to her knees beside him. She grabbed his face with shaking hands. "Arn-Arn, look at me! Stay with me!" His eyes flickered violently between red and gold. "B.. Brey... I-" A violent jolt seized his body; he arched, choking on a scream. Theron scrambled to his side, slapping a stabilizer against Arn's neck. "Come on, Arn hang in there c'mon_" But the shard wasn't finished A tangled root of red circuitry flashed across Arn's chest, pulsing like a heartbeat.

I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Mohammed. Mohammed is 25 years old and before this worked in a market and a house goods store. At the beginning of the war his house was bombed and he lost 22 members of his family who were sheltering there. He is trying to save the survivors.

We report: it is yet another beast that rose high in the sky at the last possible moment of the day. We could only follow it, and in the cold, we saw it reach across the sky with its strange arms and legs. Our expert looked at it with binoculars, and affirms it was only a cloud.

Spoke with a source who told me the call volume is so high, a call center for both Mastercard & Visa is bringing out pizza and ice cream so agents don’t quite amid the rush. Long waits are causing dropped calls.

I experimented w using some fountain pen inks, dropping them onto wet paper for weird effects. I really like how otherworldly yet organic they look. Like Polaroids from another dimension.

Haunted Photographs. Will make more in the future. They may be up on my site for sale tomorrow 🤔

Made some effects that looked like grasses and trees and a shape in the center of the field that looks human-like, running. Fountain pen ink making some blob shapes that flowered out into space plus some shapes that look like plants or trees. Some organic looking shapes made by fountain pen ink on wet paper, looking almost like molecules or organisms magnified under a microscope.
