The image shows a short comic with my OCs, Inky and the Cabaret Manager. Inky is a skinny bat guy with short hair. He wears a striped tank top and shorts. He got a pair of bat wings and ears. The Manager is a tall, lean demon with cone shaped small horns and slicked back hair. They have big pointy ears and a very long, thin demon tail. They wear a shirt with ripped sleeves and shorts. In the first two panels, the characters are seem relaxing. The manager is resting their back over a pillow, and inky is leaning against their chest. Inky is holding his celphone. Text on the panels says: I: "sometimes when I mention being flexible, people find it "sexy", but... it never really made sense to me. So I thought, "are they thinking of any position in particular?", and looked some up... And I think they all look so fucking goofy. M: Oh what the hell- are these even possible?? I: No clue, wanna try 'em out? On the third panel, the characters are trying out a doggy-style position but inky is opening their legs in a split, keeping one on floor and lifting the other up. The frenetic Glitch and Gemmi traded spontaneous observations, zigzagging and climbing trees. Glitch fed off of Gemmi’s energy, catalyzing into a more amped version of himself. Supposedly, they were “broken up,” but they didn’t seem like finished business.

Some buildings clustered around the skyscrapers, “only” maybe half as tall. Outside those central areas, buildings were more of the height I was used to. But way more colorful. And some of the colors were moving? I had no idea which were businesses, government, apartments. Many of them had holes or gaps; one or two were in a zig-zag shape. I was about sixty percent sure that the round domed one was a stadium or concert hall. But maybe it was a megachurch?

ARKARI MEDCENTER - REGENERATION SUITE 3602bby The room was bright white, curved walls humming softly with the sound of bio-reactors. Arn lay inside the cylindrical regeneration capsule, surrounded by pale blue fluid. His cybernetic parts had been removed from the human part that was left of him, head, torso and arms down to the elbow. Brey'enne stood beside the capsule, hands clasped tightly in front of her. She hadn't seen him like this before - half the galaxy hadn't - but watching him being rebuilt like this, vulnerable in a way he would never show anyone else... It hollowed her chest. An Arkanian medic approached, white eyes serene. "He will not feel pain," she assured her. "The regeneration matrix has already shifted into the synthesis phase." Brey'enne nodded, though her throat ached. "How long?" "Two hours for complete internal reconstruction," the medic answered. "Another hour for cellular integration and vascular stabilization." Brey'enne exhaled shakily. "And after that... he'll be whole again?" The medic placed a hand over her shoulder — brief, professional. "He will be fully capable. If you choose the path of family, nothing will prevent it." Her knees nearly buckled. Her knees nearly buckled. Inside the capsule, Arn's eyes fluttered open. Not fully - just enough for her to see the familiar determination under the haze of sedation. "Brey...'" His voice was distorted through the fluid and anesthetic. She pressed her hand to the glass. "I'm here," she whispered. "I'm not going anywhere." His new hands lifted weakly inside the chamber, aligning with hers through the barrier. His face brightened slightly as he reached for her. The regenerating tissue around his abdomen shimmered, new cells knitting into place with soft pulses of blue light. He watched her, even half-conscious - trusting her in a way he trusted almost no one. "You don't have to see this," he murmured. "I am incomplete. I..." She shook her head, smiling wetly. "I'm not leaving you alone with a room full of white-eyed specialists while your insides get rebuilt. Not happening." A soft, low laugh vibrated through his chest, filling the capsule with bubbles. "You're impossible." "I know, but you love me anyway." she breathed. and i'm glad because I want a future with you Arn. A real one. Whatever that takes." His eyes softened - and for once, no sarcasm, no bravado, no battlefield bravado got in the way. He was close to tears. "I never thought this would ever happen to me. I've accepted that I would always be alone, that nobody would ever want me like this..." he trailed off. She looked at him, tears streaming down her cheeks. "I love you you big, beautiful fool." "So you'll have me then? For all that I am? No matter what?" She nodded, keeping her hand pressed to the glass, his hand touching hers on the other side. "I will," she promised. "And when you wake up, you're going to be whole. Not just repaired — whole." The regenerative matrix pulsed brighter. Arkanian tech worked silently, tirelessly. Organic tissue reformed. Vital structures rebuilding. The life they wanted - the one Arn wasn't sure that he could ever have — took shape in the blue light. Brey'enne kept her hand to the glass until the process finished. she stayed until he was complete.
