One of the conditions making heart irregularities much more common is COVID. PoCs are less likely to have sufficient protection from environments where they're exposed to it, often repeatedly. Then women like this have no recourse to reproductive care. It's equity all the way down.

Dahlia and I have caught criticism from the left for commending the conservative justices when they deviate from FedSoc orthodoxy, and we try to acknowledge when hard cases don’t have an easy answer.
