I finished the true end of DQ2. Really good game. The new final boss and extra story stuff was a neat expansion on the original that ties 2 back to 3. Good remake. Now I look forward to 7 remake.

Honestly as a whole these remakes are a great way to experience the entire Roto/Erdrick trilogy.

Incredible that Dragon Quest 2 is finally good
I've played through it 3 times before the HD2D version. I always liked the setting and new ideas it brought from 1, but actually playing it was like ripping my nails off. The remake is so much more enjoyable so far

I finished the DQ1 remake. It was fine. A lot longer than the original but added some good stuff. I had to turn the difficulty down from draconian quest because those late bosses were really no fun. Now to see if this remake can redeem DQ2...
