Sorry to say this, but my grandad's hands and forearms looked like this, or worse, for the last 20 years of his life, and he took even less care of himself than Trump. Don't see how it's significant. The clear signs of dementia is a bigger deal (!)
Trump's *left* hand -- not the one that is usually disfigured -- now has a large bruise and is discolored
