“tantrum management”
Really something to think that one man--Donald Trump--is letting his minions freelance the fate of not one but two countries' citizens (Ukraine and Venezuela), and those minions don't agree on much but most want to sell out one and bomb the other, and the world is reduced to tantrum management.
One man -- Marco Rubio -- serves this country as both National Security Adviser and Secretary of State.

And he was nowhere near the drafting of that Ukraine 'peace plan,' which was instead devised by the president's real-estate buddy and his son-in-law.

Does the BBC think it's improper for a speaker to state their opinion that Donald Trump is the most openly corrupt president in American history?

Because I think almost all historians would readily agree that Donald Trump is the most openly corrupt president in American history.
BBC censors a lecture removing author’s remarks on Trump that refer to him a the most openly corrupt American president.

One aspect of the lawful orders discussion boils down to this:

Is premeditated killing lawful if the executive branch manufactures a non-existent armed conflict and then declares by fiat and without a factual basis that certain people are "combatants" and certain objects are "military objectives?"

“America needs to secure his release NOW.” Amen!
Israel has held 16-year-old American, Mohammed Ibrahim, without trial, for 9 months.

He has been denied contact with family & his health is deteriorating. He says he falsely confessed to throwing a rock after being beaten.

America needs to secure his release NOW.

Terrible consequences of terrible Federal policy. #children
Charlotte-Mecklebburg Schools, according to reports, saw 15% of its students absent today amid Border Patrol operations in Charlotte. If that percentage of 15% happens Tuesday in Wake County due to the Border Patrol coming to Raleigh, 24.000 students could be absent from school. #nced #ncpol #wcpss

"The U.S. Coast Guard specializes in at-sea interdictions. And using Reaper drones and Hellfire missiles against boats is...like “trying to cook an egg with a blowtorch.” One wonders: Is this what U.S. pilots and drone operators enlisted to do?" (George Will)

Disgusting. Nothing more than hired thugs. We could jail them, but TACO will pardon them anyway…
DEVELOPING: ICE and Border Patrol assaulted a U.S. citizen in Charlotte, NC — and called it “routine.”

He proved his citizenship during the first stop.

A second team smashed his window, dragged him out, and beat him anyway.
WCNC has confirmed the incident.

Those boats we are sinking in the Caribbean and Pacific are small and at best very lightly armed and we have the most powerful Navy in the world. Yet somehow we can’t stop them, detain the crews, seize the drugs (if any), and we prefer to just kill people instead. Not a good look…

On top of refusing to fully fund SNAP during the shutdown, the Trump regime has:

-Cut $1 billion from USDA programs supporting food banks
-Enacted tariffs that have caused food prices to rise
-Made the largest cut to SNAP in history
-Canceled the annual food security survey

Shameful.

Easily several hundred people have packed into this plaza in Chicago's North Center tonight in response to ICE abducting a daycare worker early this morning.

This is a neighborhood that has largely been spared until now from the "Midway Blitz" terror campaign. But everyone knows someone affected.

I don’t know how many times I’ve watched this video.

I don’t know how we’ve gotten to the point where men in full balaclavas can abduct daycare teachers while they’re watching children.

But I do know that this isn’t sustainable. Abolish ICE. There is no way to reform this.

Mamdani's policy content or Mamdani's campaigning and communication skills? The latter are very powerful.
1. Look, Zohran Mamdani is not the future of the Democratic Party.

I know this is true, because the same was said of Eric Adams. New York City’s outgoing mayor did not live up to his billing. Its incoming mayor (presumably) is almost certainly not going to live up to his.
