I’m sorry. You can all be mad at journalists for this or whatever. And maybe in some cases it’s deserved. But this is a high-risk profession that’s dying. There’s little support for most working journalists who still have jobs.

When you blame “the media,” blame executives. Not workers.

Last thing: For a variety of reasons, counter-protests against Trump's rally on Jan 6 were discouraged.

But exactly *one* group staged an in-person counter-protest in DC anyway.

It wasn't a leftist org. It wasn't Antifa.
