I want to apologize to the rest of the world, because electing this guy didn’t just harm us, it sent shockwaves through global democracy.

Thanks to this incompetent government, we’ve managed to export our chaos far beyond our own borders.

Sharing a video of others who feel similarly.👇

This is how our government has been corrupted:

1) Donors give huge sums to elect politicians to office
2) Elected officials rewrite rules in the donors' favor
3) Donors make huge profit
4) Repeat

We must get big money out of politics.

It is the root of our dysfunction.

Over 70% of Americans are now living below the poverty line, according to Mike Green.

If you make under $140,000 a year, you're living in poverty if we measure it the same way we did in the 1960s.

ICE deported a woman who owned a home in the US for 30 years. A judge banned ICE from deporting her to Sierra Leone where she had been tortured, so it deported her to Ghana, which kidnapped her and sent her back Sierra Leone anyway. ICE is part of this illegal conspiracy.

Alaska vowed to resolve the murders of Indigenous people.

But when one nonprofit asked state law enforcement officials for a fundamental piece of data — a list of Indigenous murders they’d investigated — the state said no.

When the nonprofit Data for Indigenous Justice filed public records requests with the Alaska Department of Public Safety concerning cases it had investigated, the state rejected them.

If you've ever wondered why the hell people think we need crypto, Paul Krugman explains.

It's to hide the money trail.

Which is why Donald Rump, Elon Musk, tech oligarchs, and other filthy rich people love it. They can do criminal deals worldwide and get away with it.

Just last month, it paid $85M to settle charges it illegally conspired with other meatpackers to raise pork prices.

The military has a duty to refuse unlawful orders, but Congress has a duty to remove from office a president and secretary who would issue such orders. There is something off about members of Congress talking about the former while refusing to say the latter, the part that's actually their job here.
