Just because the calendar says that you’re supposed to spend like crazy doesn’t mean you have to!

(Black Friday, after-Christmas sales, random “deals” that aren’t really deals)

We need to save 💵 y’all!

Reminder that some are not only not happy when you succeed, but actively unhappy about that success.
The snark, the comments, the sabotage.
No, you are not imagining it.

People use your critical thinking skills I’m begging you. Ask:

Read what the words actually say. Do they make sense?

Do the math. Does it add up?

Is it logical?

Is the source trustworthy?

Are they worth your time and energy?

Thank you, Ebony. This is the way.
For all our Christmasing, the adults in my family are NOT exchanging presents this holiday season. Each kid will pick ONE main gift they want.

Our usual spending will go to those in need. We are NOT participating in Black Friday. We're reusing old holiday decor. *Not a dime extra for this admin.*

I get that everyone’s getting their side hustles on with prices going crazy, but I gotta tell you, if it ain’t an essential (food, personal items, utilities…) please stop sending me emails asking me to buy something. Thanks.

This Black Friday, if you are able, please shop local and small businesses *only.*

Consumers cannot continue rewarding these billionaires. We're helping to fund the architects of this administration and big donors. And they show no signs of ending their cruelty.
