I want to teach math to young people.

I also want to help adults teach math.

Not sure what a “job” in this would look like for me, but I’m putting it out into the universe….

Oh I absolutely agree. Masking is part of collective care. I freely admit the risk I took, and honestly really wondering why I made this choice this time. (No plane ride may have been a factor too.) I am fortunate not to have caught it this time.

Thank you for bringing this up. I also did not mask for the first time at a conference. I chose to take some calculated risks - liberally use of nose spray, avoiding crowds, getting outside air every few hours, taking alone time as needed each day. I’m sure a lot had to do with being close to home.

At least one of the conditions revolves/resolves around whether we live for ourselves or with/for one another. That is, if we accept a common currency is useful for assigning value to labor, then purpose of labor has to be examined. Are we working to make anyone rich or to fulfill community needs?

I believe you can live the work you do. The instant it must be acknowledged you have to trade that work for basic needs is where the love diminishes.

In order to have the consistent feeling, we need to demand different conditions.
