This a picture of Ogier the Dane. When I was a student in Sweden, I went with my family to visit him in the basement of Kronborg Castle in Denmark. Legend has it that he sleeps until the country of Denmark is in mortal peril, and then he’ll awaken and save the day. Posting for no reason. Obvi. 👀
